  The Real Time Mixing Display Screen.
   
 
The Real Time Mixing Screen is comprised of several tabs. The Page tabs to the left indicate the recipe steps with the current step highlighted in blue. The Mixer tab displays the system graphic which shows current status and targets for all parts of the system, animation shows doors opening, rotors turning, material feeding etc. This screen is customized to reflect your process mixing configuration. The Alarm Fault tab displays a list of all the active alarms and faults for the current batch. The most recent alarm is always displayed at the bottom of the real time mixing screen. The Trend tab is a chart showing Temp and Power over Time. The BatchCard tab typically shows additional recipe information for the operator such as ingredient staging requirements and special procedures.
  To view further screens, Select a link from the Screen sub menu on the left or return to the Main Mix Vision Screen and click on a button.
