Automatically controlled pre-weigh systems are integrated into the recipe management and scheduling functions as well as inventory control and tracking.

The manual weigh scales can be configured to assign scale names (Minors, Weighbelt, etc.), define units of resolution and tolerance. A manual weigh display provides a graphical display which prompts the operator through the manual weighing process while validating the actual weight, tolerance, ingredient, lot number, etc. The target weight starts out as a negative value and decrements to zero as weight is added to the scale. A standard Red/Yellow/Green color highlight is utilized to indicate Over Weight, In Tolerance, and Under Weight.
